Group Therapy
Group therapy typically involves a small group of people (between six – 12) and a therapist. On the whole, there is normally a nature of concern which already exists within groups, for example: men’s or women’s specific health issues or diagnoses, which could present many co-joining issues. In the workplace, this can include shared challenges such as workload pressures, stress, or role-specific demands, which may bring up additional related concerns.
I offer workplace group therapy through facilitated sessions where employees can discuss challenges, build coping skills, and connect in a confidential, supportive environment. Topics often include stress management, burnout prevention, and strategies for navigating work and personal challenges, helping participants gain perspective, support each other, and develop practical skills for wellbeing both at work and beyond.
Group therapy offers the benefits of a supportive network, allowing you to connect with others facing similar concerns. Sessions usually have set goals and a recommended number of meetings. As a therapist, I encourage sharing experiences and progress to gain support, increase self-understanding, and enhance the way the group supports one another.
Group therapy fees vary by size, location, and requirements. Contact me to discuss further.
